1. Power host and RAID unit down
2. Unlock controller and remove controller card 3. Remove jumper J2 from Battery Backup Module 4. Remove memory SIMM’s and reseat memory 5. Place J2 jumper back 6. Lock Controller Card back into place 7. Lock controller and reboot system (unit 2 first and then unit 1) |
