“Battery in Use” led stays lit after shutdown

Problem: The controller was improperly shut down or there was a loss of power.

Solution: If the machine was improperly shut down use “Battery Disconnect” button on controller to prevent total drain of back up battery. If temporary AC loss has occurred you may leave the battery on in an attempt to save any data stored in cache at the time of power loss. The battery is not meant to hold cache for an extended period of time.
