Inaccessible data or write faults

Problem: Your back up battery may be drained.

Solution: Check “Environmental Status” of the battery voltage under the “System Information” field in the hyper terminal Main Menu. Back up battery voltage should be at a “normal” status. If it is not you may need to trickle charge the battery. To charge the battery select “Setup Parameters “field in Main Menu of hyper terminal; select “ System Parameters” and set UPS parameter to “installed.” This will trickle charge your battery.
