Video
Why am I not getting any video?

1. Verify that the AC cord is plugged into the unit and the power port. If power supply has an on off switch verify that the switch is in the on position. This is represented by a single line verses a circle.

2. Verify that the power cord is plugged into the monitor and the power outlet.

3. Make sure the power outlet has sufficient power to it.

4. Verify that the VGA cable is plugged into the proper video port on the computer. For example if you have an AGP or PCI video card, make sure the monitor cable is in the card’s video out. If using a dual head video card, verify that the cable is plugged into the primary port on that particular card.

5. If you are using an LCD, plug in a CRT to check the operability of the video capabilities of the computers.
